How far in advance do I need to order?
It is recommended that you place your order for structures and signage at least 6-8 weeks in advance as we do take a limited number of clients per month. If you are planning on ordering a custom-built seating chart structure, we need at least 12 weeks’ notice.
Do you offer items for rent or purchase?
We offer items for both rent and purchase. Any items that are personalized for your wedding (names, dates, monograms, guest names, etc) are yours to keep. Any of the structure pieces used to support or build your pieces are rental items. Any rental items will be outlined in your invoice.
Do you offer delivery/pick-up services?
Yes! We offer both delivery and pickup services for our items to McAllen and surrounding areas for a fee. We only take a limited number of full-service projects per month, so booking your date in advance is very important.
Do you ship your products?
We can ship non-rental, smaller items for a shipping fee. This would include anything smaller than 18x24. Rental items are not able to be shipped.
What is the average investment for signage and structures?
On average our clients spend between $1,000 - $4,000 on signage and structures for their weddings. For custom-built structures, there is a minimum of $3,500.
